THE CIVIL LAW AND MOTION TENTATIVE RULINGS ARE POSTED AT 3:00PM

Tentative Rulings issued by the Civil Law and Motion Judge will be accessible on this Court webpage at 3:00PM the day before the hearing.

Those parties wishing to present oral argument must notify all other parties and the Law and Motion Department in which the motion is to be heard no later than 4:00PM on the Court day prior to the hearing; otherwise, NO ORAL ARGUMENT WILL BE PERMITTED AND THE TENTATIVE RULING WILL BECOME THE ORDER.
